We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a purchase has been completed, regardless of usage status, attendance, personal schedule conflicts, change of mind, or individual expectations.

2. No Cancellation After Purchase

Once you have successfully enrolled in any program, workshop, session, or purchased any digital product from Shivya Yoga, the order cannot be canceled.

In the case of an accidental duplicate payment for the same service or transaction error caused by the payment gateway, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof. After verification, only the duplicate payment amount may be reviewed for correction.
